San Diego Blood Bank invites you to make a difference in our community this season. Participants who donate from December 15, 2023, to January 14, 2024 will receive an exclusive, "Let's Save Lives Together" vintage-style t-shirt* featuring Winnie-the-Pooh and Piglet.

Winter, particularly late December and early January is a crucial time for blood donations. Your contribution is vital in ensuring a stable blood supply during these colder months. As we approach National Blood Donor Month in January and Winnie-the-Pooh Day on January 18, 2024, it's a wonderful opportunity for you and your loved ones to have these special T-shirts as a symbol of your lifesaving contribution to our community and your dedication to helping local patients.

To be eligible to donate blood, you must be at least 17 years old, weigh at least 110 pounds, and be in general good health. Eligible donors are encouraged to schedule an appointment. Walk-ins are welcome.
